Anyone ever had red blotches on their helmet? Not sore, not raised, just red patches?

Could be balanitis. Get to Dr for antibiotics. Get it sorted or you coukd suffer phimosis and end up with a need to be circumcised. 🍌

Sounds like balanitis or thrush. Had this a few years ago. Best to get it checked with your GP rather than ask the witch doctors on here. I did. He prescribed some cream and it cleared up in no time

Thrush is usually white and fungal and is on top of the skin; red dots are usually viral or bacterial and usually within the skin. Thrush can me treated over the counter. Anything more internal needs a doctor’s eye.
