. Just found a “A” and with repeated taps have made it huge ……if only real life was so simple

To fix a shrunk iPad screen, turn off the Zoom feature by double-tapping with three fingers or disabling it in Settings Accessibility Zoom. If the display is zoomed out or icons are too small, adjust Display Zoom in Settings Display & Brightness to "Default".
