Seems no end to the mire coming to light about Andrew.

What are the chances he will be prosecuted for breaking the official secrets act? Or soliciting minors for sex?

Well he was evicted in the dead night from the Windsor estate and hasn’t been officially seen since !

It will probably appear on the news he committed his own final act on this earth when in fact he has been shipped over to turkey for some new clown teeth and hair with a bit of cosmetic facial surgery and will be living as he has been his entire life whilst posing as an estate gardener

I watched "Scoop" last night on Netflix. I didn't want to see the actual interview but this film is the build up to it. It doesn't portray Andrew in a good light, he comes across as a bit of a buffoon, to put it mildly. To think, we thought then that things couldn't become worse, this sordid saga with Andrew has dragged on for years....

No. The whole point of royalty, in a constitutional monarchy, is to uphold the law and see it is enacted. King Charles has already stripped his wayward brother of his dukedom, his princely title and his lavish home. Basically Mr AM-W is no longer really a royal as such.

Because that’s proof of age. It certainly doesn’t prove she was of legal age, and if she wasn’t then him thinking she was for whatever reason wouldn’t wash. But…

Chance of him facing any kind of prosecution? Nil. Get cancelled? Absolutely. Banished is what it used to be called.

"Now the clingon Sarah is winding up six of her companies. Wonder how much they owe"

Five of them have been dormant since they were founded: capital between £1 and £100.

The sixth, PLanet Partners Productions, ended 2025 with £145,615 and credit of £2,424 - with no evidence of previous activity. Unfortunately it owes £148,471...net balance -£385.

Another Fergie company, Mother's Army Limited, was voluntarily struck off in December. It too had been dormant since its foundation, with a capital of £1, increasing to £2. But there's an interesting clause in the Companies House dissolution notice:

"Upon dissolution all property and rights vested in, or held in trust for, the company are deemed to be bona vacantia, and accordingly will belong to the crown."

Pay HM Charles III two quid?

She's about £0.3M underwater - and that was the easy stuff to find. Meanwhile Ponce Andrew's Pitch@Palace managed to disappear nearly £0.5M from its books before he got it struck off.

Not necessarily.

George, Duke Of Clarence was brother to Edward IV. He overstepped his bounds too often & was drowned upside down in a vat of Malmsey wine.

This was allegedly overseen by his other brother, Richard of Gloucester (Richard III) and was seen as an amusing end due to his known public drinking.

I don't see what Andrew did that was exceptional for a royal. They are and always have been serial fornicators. It was a common thing for them to get very young girls into bed. Henry V111 being an obvious one. He's accused but not charged. Innocent until proven guilty? Most 17 year old girls would be only too pleased to get fucked by a prince, made for life!

Much as I dislike Sarah Ferguson, a shameless, entitled grifter ever since she first came on the scene in the late '80s, there's one thing she could do that would allow her to pay off the reported £6M debt, and leave plenty more for her to do as she likes.

Now that they've lost the property in Windsor, and she has very little to lose, a tell-all autobiography would make her an absolute mint. She must know a hell of a lot of secrets.

Wonder if Thames Valley Police have a tough investigating bastard like Sun Hill’s DCI Burnside?

Burnside would think nothing of withholding a dollop of jam on Andy’s porridge.

That’ll teach him.

Yep. Showing the great unwashed that they've acted... regardless of whether he is actually prosecuted or has no case to answer. They can point to this and show how they complied with the law and due process.

He will walk free and his brother will hope that him being arrested in the first place is enough for the peasants stop heckling him in public from now on.

The vast majority on this site are adulterers so we have no room to accuse others. At least HM The King only committed adultery with one lady, unlike his ex and late wife who had numerous lovers. And who are you to call HM Queen Consort Camilla 'ugly'? Bet you're a stunner

This could be the case. He would have handed himself in if told to to avoid the spectacle of being ‘arrested’.

The fact he was arrested at his home- all for show?

Charlie's biggest problem I think here is that this whole debacle has got people thinking, and that the spirit of Savile, who the Royals had thought banished is now waiting in the wings, and he doesnt want this shadow a to step back on the stage, when some really big questions could be asked about the elite connections to PDF.files

Sadiq Khan looks likely to be the next in line from the elite and their cover ups with his constant denials of grooming gangs in London with drip drips of official documents allied proving he did know and for years.

The net appears to be closing on the ghastly ignorance of victims by the elite.

Andrew is just the tip of the iceberg.

"

I’d doubt very much if it was all for show… I think it is a very significant development. When was the last time a member of the Royal Family, a brother of a serving Monarch, was held in a police cell for questioning? We’re going back to before a police service was even a thing surely?

I also think that given his high profile status and former position that the decision to arrest him won’t have been taken casually, and will have been run by the highest decision makers possible, after scrutinising whatever evidence and allegations they already have. He wasn’t invited in for questioning. They went to him and arrested him. That’s a bit more than having a chat. A bail condition could be removing his passport.

As for him being charged, or convicted, that becomes a matter for the CPS and the Courts. I suspect that when this debacle is over, the arsehole formerly known as Prince will be living abroad, in the Middle East no doubt, never to return to the UK again.

Most will be long retired by now, I would suspect. In any case, they wouldn't carry any sway with a Custody Officer."

Given his personal charm, and the degree of loyalty he has inspired in anyone who has ever worked for him, i would imagine their words - if any - are far more likely to be along the lines of "Lock the fucker up in the darkest, dampest, nastiest cell you've got and throw away the key."

A lot of people from all walks of life thought Savile was wonderful. Let's face it he got away with being a TV personality and a household name for several decades. After Savile sat and talked to him, by his Stoke Manderville Hospital bed, my stepfather though he was absolutely marvelous. If only people had known the truth.

Whilst HM King Charles had the right to strip him of his title of Prince, his dukedom and all his other titles, it would require an act of parliament to remove him from the line of succession unless he renounced it voluntarily. That would be the honourable thing to do but he is probably too stupid and arrogant. Technically it would not affect Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie other than to move them up a place. In all this scandal I feel very sorry for those two ladies who seem decent enough. Not their fault they have such appalling parents

Yes, if I was concerned about his arrest. I was making a general comment about the whole issue of his unpopularity. Its questionable about the misbehaviour in high office. I think he wasn't an office holder and the business about the official secrets act involves restricted documents.

He seems to be guilty according the the many judges and jurors on this site and most other internet sites. We only so far have the vaguest idea of what he was arrested and questioned over yesterday. Fairly certain it was nothing to do with his many alleged sexual encounters.

Sounds more like he broke the rules regarding trading standards. Could have been done innocently because A, He arrogant and thinks he's above the rule of law and accepted traditions. B, He's rather thick and stupid. C, He was give a job for which he was totally untrained and clueless. D, He's totally gullible, mixed with the wrong sort who just used him for their own nefarious ends.

If you sleep with dogs you get fleas; and Mr MW has certainly slept with some dogs in his time

Will Andrew do the decent thing? Probably not, but here's the procedure:

Re his arrest. You say you are fairly certain it wasnt to do with his sexual encounters. You are definitely one of those judges / jurors you are moaning about. Yes Andrew is thick but your comments arent very bright.

"His big brother Chaz is well pissed he keeps taking the flack from hecklers for his younger brother

And he had to chip in over a million towards the 12 million compensation he paid"

So that's why he's thrown him under the witch hunt bus ¡

What do you mean by referring to the witch hunt bus? the evidence would suggest that Andy has committed lots of crimes against the British people and he deserves to be punished.

The photo taken last night as he was whisked away from the cop shop ..

By His facial expression you'd swear he was undergoing a rectal insertion whilst suffering from hemorrhoids

"This could drag on for bloody years.

Operation Branchform, the Police Scotland investigation into fundraising fraud in the Scottish National Party (SNP) was launched in July 2021 ... Sturgeon's hubby, Peter Murrell, has just had his court case postponed until May this year.

5 years from the start ... and still not reached the finishing line.

Don't be surprised if in Mountbatten-Windsor's case ... The wheels of Justice grind at an equally glacial pace. "

Fraud is notoriously difficult to prove and requires a huge amount of diligent investigation which takes a lot of time.

Apparently Andy’s alleged transgressions are equally as complex, which I didn’t know.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this took at least maybe 5 years and even then with further evidence discovered even longer.

Or it’s dropped very quickly.

Blair & Mandelson have surely got to be pulled in for questioning or else it’s dodgy.

"He seems to be guilty Could have been done innocently because A, He arrogant and thinks he's above the rule of law and accepted traditions. B, He's rather thick and stupid. C, He was give a job for which he was totally untrained and clueless. D, He's totally gullible, mixed with the wrong sort who just used him for their own nefarious ends."

A) That would be Andy’s fault, not innocent on that pleading.

B) Andy’s fault, ignorance is not an excuse of the law, not innocent on that pleading.

C) À possible pleaded mitigating factor, Blair would need to give evidence and say he knowingly gave a top job to an idiot. Highly unlikely and Tony is a trained lawyer.

D) Andy’s fault, one makes and chooses our own connections with people.

Who cares, being pushed because he's royalty and will make news. He's always been a perv. He won't go to jail because it will cause to much of a stir.

King Charles I, was executed for high treason .... It caused quite a stir, as was the intention.

Sometimes, things are intentionally stirred up.
