My job's like being paid to have a gym membership (I lift a couple of tonnes of product per day usually, as well as office work). Still have a gut due to a taste for good food and wine, but can't fault my own deltoids.

Not a naturally athletic type and too arthritic to do a lot these days though seriously considering joining a gym when the warmer weather comes. Was going to the gym 2 or 3 times a weeks before lockdown put paid to that. In the past I was a keen and regular rugby player up until I was 48 and still went to training sessions long after that. Also played hockey, American Football and Squash but all in the past

Well that's more the personality than the physiology right? I'm sure there are plenty of fit, ripped guys who aren't complete narcissists.

Well maybe

As long as a body hasn't gone totally to seed with flab everywhere I'm fairly tolerant of most body types.
