What am I doing wrong

I know I’m not a twink or a muscle God, but I try my best.

I message people, give compliments about their pictures and their interests.

I send personal pics so they know who they are talking to.

I make sure I’m in their age category for meets, check they are tops or vers tops and yet the silence gets deafening awaiting their response.

Occasionally I get one but it’s usually “you’re not what I’m looking for” or “I’m working”.

Personal meets are a pain, too much tooing and froing with messages, trying arrange a meet that suits both. Most of the time life gets in the way.

Personally, when I want fun then I go to a club,sauna or cinema. Its just so much easier, if you don't gel with someone then you just move onto another room so no awkward moments as such.

Harsh but true (probably). An interest in "TV/TS" may also reduce interest: despite the plethora of pics on here, it’s a minority interest (I think?). Finally, only two pics (I suspect) isn't enough to hook interest.

I don’t quite understand some of the comments above. If you’re bottom and looking to get fucked, I’m not sure why your showing your bum is being critiqued. And if you meet TVs/TSs/CDs then your putting that on your profile makes sense. I think some people are overlaying their own personal preferences on to how they would present your profile if it was theirs. It isn’t: it’s yours.

My comments (for what they are worth):

It’s completely anonymous and anodyne. The very scant text tells me only what I already know from the preference choices above (you’re bottom, only travel, have some kinks) - I already know all that from what you ticked above. The only bit of extra info is that you drive for a living. What makes your profile stand out from the zillions of identically anodyne and anonymous profiles users are also trawling over? At present: nothing.

I see nothing wrong with showing your cock and arse. But that’s all you show. Difficult to get an overall impression of your body. No face. I don’t know what you add as private pictures when you message. And the pictures are now over two years old and people do change. And the pictures could have been older than the date they were added. It’s only on profiles that regularly update with new photos that I ever feel absolutely confident I’m getting what I’m seeing.

If someone replies “I’m working” - how do you respond?

Can’t show face pic as I’m in a relationship and I keep the gay part of myself secret.

Also I have gay family members and they would talk, plus the Mrs works in a hospital and it would only take 1 person to see my profile and she would find out.

Yes I do use saunas but they have specific days (is it worth going on Tv/CD day if I’m a bottom?)

Pics, yes they do need updating, never thought of that so thank you. Obviously I would need someone to take them, but if people don’t want to meet that would leave the sauna staff to take them away from the rest of the clientele.
