Rinse under the tap with a bit of fairy liquid?

Upper drawer of the dishwasher?

Take them through a car wash get a good jet wash on them?

Or maybe just lick clean and hope for the best?

Use proper sex toy cleaner. More hygienic than under the tap. After my Mrs has gushed all over them a quick rinse just will not cut it.
