I make different varieties depending what I have at home.

Tonight, I'll do a savoury one, cheesy garlic mushrooms and then for the sweet ones, 1 traditional lemon and sugar and maybe blueberry and banana.

Most of the time just big fluffy pancakes with butter and maple syrup.

Quite often make savoury ones with chicken pea flour, courgette, water and a bit of chopped red chilli. Top them with some chopped cherry tomatoes and grated cheddar. A couple of them is a nice filling meal.
