BBC, have you watched it?

Quirky whimsical comedy on the BBC. It reminds me of the office in some ways.

The characters are nice and easy to like.

It could become a talk about it at at any real social meeting event.

Me too, refreshingly different.

The bucket sketch, the mugging with farther Christmas and the Tit box were all very funny.

Binge watched it on a dull rainy afternoon. Another good series can't wait for series two.

Well written characters witty without feeling offensive.

If you've not seen it, watch The Detectorists.

The Detectorists was the best thing on BBC since Fawlty Towers IMO. Is this new series anything to do with Mckensie Crook who did the Detectorists?

Yes, he wrote it and is in it, its a great quirky watch, not dissimilar humour to the detectorists.

I watched about 15min of it and gave up, didn't find it particularly funny and very slow paced. Not for me I'm afraid.

Mackenzie Crook the writer and director is brilliant. First the Detectorists now Small Prophets. Both v clever and v funny. His version of Wurzel Gummidge was nice too.

Very entertaining and enjoyable and yes the Santa Clause phone theft was brilliantly acted. Look foward to the follow up.
