It gets asked often and I always say the same: coconut oil. It's very slick without somehow being pointlessly slippery like some water based lubes can feel. It also has mild healing and moisturising properties that may help after a circumcision.

I was circumcised 5th March 2025. I started off with a coconut 🥥 moisturiser from Holland & Barratt.

I've now moved on to XLube powder that you make up yourself mixing with water.
