Just wondering if many guys wear them as an all the time underwear? Talking about male thongs specifically, not female variety.

Have started wearing them recently and find them really comfortable, they hold everything in place nicely and honestly rarely troubled by strap between cheeks. To be honest probably adjust them less than "normal" underwear.

Yes. Wear men's thongs all the time. Especially for gym and running, best for keeping everything supported.

Ladies thongs don't have enough material to support cock and balls.

Kiniki or Deadgoodundies are good. Kiniki do some nice men's lace thongs, although they are more for dates than exercise.

Top tip. Thongs make your bum look nice under your clothes, as women know well.
