Would love to be back in the 80s, building ramps for my Aero Burner, and falling off without it hurting for the next 2 months.

What's your childhood "go back to"?

I always wanted to be grown up, never realised how good it was being a kid.

Never really thought about it. I just got on with things as they were. But I wish I knew then what I know now; then things would have been different.

Mine would be the same except I had a Tange Mamba with the little love heart. Loved messing around with bikes and still do although now I build fixies. I loved my Ford RS’s as well, just wished I had kept them 😩

I could never afford decent cars, but I feel the RS regret.

Going out in my bike and riding for miles, no one knowing where I was (or what I was up to) no mobile phones, just had to be home before it was dark.

No work or money or bills to think about.

Hell yeah, building dens in the woods, sodding off for 12 hours on our bikes, hanging out at the park or shopping centre, going fishing, swimming in the canal. I'd hate to be a kid these days, it doesn't appear to he much fun at all.

Massive Wagon Wheels. I swear you had to hold them with both hands back in the day.

"I never wanted to be a kid when I was young."

I think that's a common sentiment. Most kids just want to grow up.

At each age I've done different things. To be enjoyed at the time.

Like, would I go clubbing? No thanks.

Walking a few miles in autumn to the best local site for picking conkers, taking them home and sorting them out for battle.

I remember not wanting to turn 18. That meant I was an adult with adult responsibilities. I got through the adult years relatively unscathed. Now I don't have to work for a living. Housing is taken care of. I have lots of time to play with my friends and complete strangers, if I'm lucky. The adult responsibilities are fading away. So I guess you can grow old without growing up

Childhood and teen years no thank you very much. They had there highs but a lot of lows. Best part was being at school as I enjoyed learning and had plenty of mates. Home life was boring to say the least.

The only reason I'd go back would be to tell someone sooner and only if I had the knowledge that I wouldn't get in trouble if I told anyone else. Ruined my childhood and has affected me since.
