When I had a major operation in that area the consultant told me to clean and wash the area after going.

Then put a large amount of moisturiser on my fingers and massage into my hole and area around it.

This, I was told ,would keep my hole area supple and stop it becoming tight after the op.

I have done this daily and use Nivea for men.

I had a double haemorrhoidectomy last year. Ouch! I'm retraining mine now 6 months later. It's gone really tight but, to answer your question, I use extra virgin coconut oil as a lube. It melts at body temperature, makes toys slide in very easily and works wonders for easing the soreness. My precious looks like a fanny now, lol

If you're new to anal you're overstretching your hole.

Santa brought me an XXL horsecock dildo and I'm using it every day.

Have gone thru periods of major soreness when been using and grinding upon it a bit too enthusiastically.

Just take your time. Maybe use a toy in-between to help you relax and open up.
