I’ve only been to IDM Sauna and I enjoyed it, varied age range, facilities were good, people were friendly (as friendly as French people can be), also a lot of tourists from all over the world
I’d recommend going from my one experience, I also went on a random Tuesday and it was pretty busy, not sure if it was an event or not
