"Have you ever put someone else’s number on a toilet door ? I called a number one time and a woman answered I had to explain i found here number lol" I was just wondering what the legal implications of this would be and apparently, the most serious legal implications of publishing someone's phone number without consent, especially in a context like offering sexual services, include potential prosecution for harassment or stalking under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, and possibly facilitating prostitution or other related offences. This could lead to significant penalties, including imprisonment, of course the culprit would have to be caught first! | |||
