Due to having an enlarged prostrate I have been prescribed Finasteride over two years ago. The effect is that when I ejaculate my sperms goes back into my bladder, then cums out of my Penistone with piss.My meet yesterday was very rude and didn't understand my position. I'm also taking finasteride and tamsulosin and suffer from retrograde ejaculation it's not a problem for me but can be disappointing for a guy who wants to swallow my load 🙃

That's great advice I'm due to have my medication reviewed could you please tell me which medication you are taking? Would be great to get rid of the occasional ED and to actually shoot my load again

I was out on tamulosin for enlarged prostate and found I went from being a heavy cummer to just a dribble or none at all and also caused dizzy spells.I mentioned this to my doctor and he then put me on Doxazosin which has helped with the prostate problem and I now cum properly again.
