If it's a direct flight then your chances are pretty good.
I've just checked and commercial flights to India are flying to the north of Iran, over Turkmenistan.
If, however, you're scheduled to change planes in the UAE then that could be a problem, but airlines don't like losing business if they can help it, so ought to find a work around.
