If someone hasn't bothered reading my profile I block them, it saves a huge amount of time. If someone is too lazy to even read a profile then they aren't worth meeting to me.

I have mixed feeling on this, yes it's a bit annoying, however some people are a little awkward at making first moves so may come out with what might appear to some as stupid questions, being quite socially awkward myself I can sympathise, I struggle with finding the right words to say in order to start conversations, that's why I tend to wait for people to message me.

Okay some profiles are fairly blank with the 'Fill in later' or 'looking for fun' but even when we have gone to the bother of saying what you do and don't like you still get messages like 'what do you like doing' or 'what will you do to me'. Had one guy look at my profile at least a dozen times. We exchanged messages and even arranged to meet. Then he asked if I would be fucking him. Says on my profile I suffer with ED so I say no. Got a really nasty message back. Accused me of being a timewaster and blocked me. Obviously could read and I had a lucky escape

That said…..even I get bored reading really long profiles and often think that mine is a bit long winded

Yeah I get that and it all sounds very easy but being socially awkward and lacking in confidence means you don't always find the right words, no matter how simple they may seem, in my case I find it hard to find the words so mostly don't do opening messages, once someone has contacted me I have no problem and if, during the conversation I'm asked what I'm in to or what do I like to do I will answer properly, they've made the effort to contact me and have a conversation, why would I want to be rude to them? Strangely, it's only really with messages that I have difficulty, when I'm at the Sauna I find it really easy to make conversation.

Yeah it's so annoying. I make it very clear on my profile that I'm busy often and as such organising anything is very tricky for me. Still get guys wanting to meet RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Hate giving the impression to people that I'm wasting their time but I'm not gonna skive off work to hook up. I'm not gonna drop plans I made with friends or family to hook up. This is all obvious if you read the bloody profile lol.
