Which blood thinner? Aspirin, dabigatran or apixaban prob ok too. Warfarin only if your INR is ok.

Generally ok I’d have thought.

So you intend to have rough anal?

If not you are probably fine any signs of bleeding as with anyone STOP seek medical attention if bleeding continues.
