"Thanks dude. Work issues are a problem currently but looking on here helps my mood. Nice hot bod by the way Just got to keep swinging mate it can be tough but you can do it you just have to remember that talking can really help especially if you talk to someone that has been through it Never be ashamed to admit you have a problem it’s a show of strength not weakness 👊 And thank you for the compliment 😁

"May you find it in you to seek support. And accept it too. Because you're still worthy." Well said 👏 Talking is a sign of strength not weakness

"Mental health is a big thing with men now glad it is I have struggled over the years " It is mate and sadly it’s still a taboo subject in some people’s eyes but I guarantee that some of the toughest men are the ones that have suffered or are suffering from mental health issues. A lot of it may stem from early childhood issues I know mine certainly did but I’ve found that talking about it really helped me despite the fact I held it all in for so many years Anyone who says man up etc etc or says we are weak individuals for suffering are ones who are weak and clearly haven’t experienced how difficult it can be to suffer in silence

"Andy Man Club ? I had serious depression 20 years ago. Couldn't even get out of bed and anti depressants took weeks to kick in Fortunately my partner was fabulous, my GP was understanding. Managed to get cancellation and so early CBT therapy No booze for 1 year, endless walks and much listening from my partner and other long standing friends You can get through it, but it does take time. Never ever be ashamed" Yep mate it does take time but I guarantee you can do it and beat those Demons you just have to have the courage to admit you have a problem and open up to someone who is willing to listen and support you Andy Men’s club is a great group to join although I’m not part of one myself the fact you can meet other guys who are in the same dark place or who have been there can only be a good thing I suffered for years until one day it became too much and I tried to end it all fortunately I was lucky enough to meet someone who was willing to stop and listen to me in my hour of need and I got the help I needed Just that one individual who was willing to stop and listen made a massive difference to my future which I why I urge anyone to just take 5 mins of their time to check in on your friends and family who may be struggling And to those who are struggling please talk to someone you will find it so helpful and it will go along way to help beating those Demons that plague your life on a daily basis Keep Swinging 👊

"Seek out opportunities to spend time outside, preferably with supportive company. Doesn't have to be a talking therapy session. Just being with people helps. " Agree being outdoors in nature can be a massive help towards battling mental health

"Big fan of a walk in the sun ☀️ to lift the mood." Definitely mate 👍 love to head out for a walk to clear my mind especially if I’m out in the hills away from the stresses of every day life I go cold water swimming as well which is another great thing to help mental health
