No unfortunately I don’t think it will if your struggling getting hard see the dock for tables mine still gets rock hard without tabs but I just don’t have the sexual urges

There are a lot of prostate cancer support groups, including at least one for gay/bisexual men. Just go along to one and you’ll find everyone very supportive and helpful.

I've recently had a prostate scan then biopsy, due to high psa results, and all come back good, as in no evidence of cancer... However, I still seem to struggle to empty my bladder and on occasions, struggle to get hard, if I do, it takes a while. I also don't cum much kind of a dribble really, but orgasms are OK... I've got my follow up consultation on Wednesday as it happens.... I'm happy to chat to anyone on here if it helps in any way

Had biopsies and very slight cancer i am on active surveillance and have six month psa and yearly scans now.

The biopsies left me with slight erection issues, i get hard but it takes time and has to be under the right circumstances, SPEDRA tablets from the doctors, they are Viagra but without the headache or flushing.

Cockrings help a lot as well as dose a pump but mostly i get there , orgasums are good not loads of cum but nicely intense i have noticed i a lot more quicker on the triga.

Used to really have long porn watching edging sessions, i can do a couple of hours now.

Anyone in a situation with your prostate you so need to chat with others dont be or feel alone ok.
