I spotted someone I was friends with at university. I messaged him, thinking he's on here and always presented as straight so Idon'tcare if he realises I'm bi. I had no issue with him finding out I was bi and would happily have met up. However he replied saying he wasn't the person I thought he was. Shortly after his profile disappeared. It was absolutely definitely my friend from uni. Shame.

About 3 years ago I found a really good friend on here - facial/naked photos (the works). He has lived 250 miles away for the last 25 years and always struck me as the straight hetero type.

My curiosity made me look at his pics and profile often and I think that seeing a guy with 'Wirral' in his username constantly checking him out caused him a bit of panic and he ended up deleting his account shortly afterward.

I have never mentioned it to him and he has never indicated that he recognised me at all so it's been left alone with nothing said.

Well after posting this question and getting some sound advice seems I chose the path of approaching him. He recognised me and was cool about not telling anyone we both know. Hopefully I won't live to regret my decision. He is a lovely guy so let's wait and see if it goes anywhere. Thanks all of you who commented x

I've seen a couple of guys on here that I know when I work with and other people have been sort of social and yeah I've let a couple know who I am and we've met and had fun, after all everyone on here is here for the same reason it's for sex with other men. Several people who knows me found me here because I showed my face photos here. One is my colleague, another guy identified me when I visited Compton Soho gay pub he said he saw me in Fabguys, another is my bisexual German brother-in-law and another was my cousin-brother.
