I’ve never really understood the whole hotlist thing as you don’t know whose hotlist you are on - what I would say is if I am on anybody’s hotlist, and you have never messaged me, drop me a message….don’t be shy, nothing to lose.

I just use it as a contacts list, basically people I've met and want to keep in contact with and people who have contacted me but haven't yet got around to arranging a meet.
