Yeah I can deep throat, and have a minimal gag reflex, but you can't just go straight into it and force it down unless you want a really sore throat and potentially damage the soft pallet, and trust me I've learnt the hard way over the years.

Just take it in a little deeper each time you go down the cock, and push a little more each time, relaxing your throat.

Angle you are at and curve of the cock plays a big role in the ability to comfortably do it too, as does how hard the guy is. I've sucked some guys that were so frikin hard like a steel fucking bar and a steep upward angle, they were very difficult, until I got them to lay down and hopped on their face so they ate my hole while I sucked them in a 69 position.

If say for example the dick has an upward curve, best to approach it from above, so pubes chin side and balls nose side, can be very good as a 69. Downward curve dick is easiest from the kneeling in front position, you need to think about the anatomy of how you mouth and throat align.

Then there is the head hanging over the edge of bed optio, really opens up the oesophagus.
