Originally I thought her guilty but now unsure. Terrible if she has been stitched up by bungling management.will we ever know for sure?

More hear & read

Looks like she was made a scapegoat to cover up the board & senior managers

Potentially another post office mark II

Trouble is these super hospitals are too big

Egos of politicians & planners

Lots of managers but no one in charge or accountable

Same goes with the police

Bigger the organisation the bigger budget & salaries too

The very least they should do is have a retrial, it's made worse by her whole life term, she could be wrongly spending the rest of her life in jail with no hope.

With each passing day it feels more like a massive stitch-up to me.

In other news, she's cute as anything & I'd love to fuck her!

For some time I've been convinced she didn't do it. Leading experts have discredited the prosecution evidence and their leading witness.

She wasn't even there when some of the babies died.

Her "confession note" was done on the advice of her therapist to simply write down what was in her head at the time.

At the very least it's an unsafe conviction and she should be retried.

Sadly the appeal system is painfully slow. I do believe she will eventually be cleared and freed but will probably have spent years inside waiting for the slow cogs of justice to turn.

She's young, naive and pretty. A perfect scapegoat for Cheshire NHS trust to throw to the wolves.

It is a deeply polarising case that has shifted significantly since the trial. Recent documentaries and reports from statisticians and neonatologists have raised serious questions about whether the medical evidence was interpreted correctly or if "confirmation bias" played a role.

?Many experts now argue that the "spike" in deaths could be explained by systemic failures, such as chronic understaffing and poor hospital infrastructure, rather than foul play. This has led to a growing debate over whether Letby is a victim of a miscarriage of justice or if she is being made a scapegoat for broader institutional collapses at the Countess of Chester.

?Whether you believe the jury's verdict or suspect a setup, the case highlights the massive challenge of using complex science in a courtroom. Hopefully, the ongoing Thirlwall Inquiry provides the transparency needed for true justice

The latter is a bit inappropriate,

North London (outer)

So many falling for the red herrings and bullshit being spread by her defence team, and allies.

There's plenty more evidence against her, as there is in a lot of cases, however judges often rule this out in order to 'ensure a fair trial' during pre-trial hearings.

Unlike the people who speculate and throw seeds of doubt, remember that a jury listened to a lot of evidence during her trial, and ultimately found her guilty.

Chester... Where the streets have no name

I suppose we have to trust the professionals.

Those babies weren't injecting themselves with insulin.

I took would like to have sex with her. And I wonder if her attractiveness is having any influence over this trial. If she was horrifically ugly, I bet there would be no doubt about her guilt.

I watched the documentary too

And after watching I came to realise that what I had watched was not the entire story

Tv can make you believe what they want you to believe!

Without seeing both sides of the evidence then it’s completely impossible to make an informed judgement

If she was convicted on what evidence to documentary showed then it’s a pretty shallow conviction and should most definitely be appealed

But i suspect the show only aired specific details to start discussions of this very nature

Guy at the end of the Netflix doc put it perfectly

Paraphrasing: Either Lucy Letby committed these murders or she's possibly the most unlucky woman in British criminal history with all of the circumstantial evidence
