A lot would depend on the state of it would it not? I'm a careful doucher (douche bag?) and am pretty confident nothing nasty is lurking when I've had the pleasure, so would kiss and have gone ATM during particularly slutty bouts of receiving anal (coconut oil as lube helps, it's natural and tastes alright!)
