A big part of the reason I'm hesitant to take my finger out of my arse (no not like that you pervs

) and get a meet arranged is I don't live alone so can rarely host and I'm also wary of going to a guy's house due to (admittedly slightly irrational) paranoia.

Outdoor spaces seem like a good compromise. I've done that with women before and had a decent time of it. And while I'm on the topic, there are cruising spots, or third places like saunas etc.

What are you guys' opinions on these? I'm eager to hear.

Outdoor spaces are good, if you meet the guy, click and there's a good local private spot, then you can enjoy. Especially with it getting warmer.

Planned outdoor meets are fine, but I find it's harder and harder to find good places. And even harder to sometimes explain why your car is randomly filthy.

Cruising can be exciting too but pick a bad day and it can be utter shit.

My preferred outdoor option, assuming houses don't work, is saunas - a good one on a good day liked Touch on Naked Tuesday is great value for money.

I went to a third place today (adult cinema) mainly because it meant I'd have some freedom to play or not and I'd be safe (I share your possibly irrational fear of going to someone else's house).

It was good, though not ideal, so I'm planning what to do next.

I always leave the address at home and tell the guy who’s house it is, that I’ve a mate who knows where I am. Never had any trouble but this lets them know I have taken precautions

I won’t do outdoor meets as it is not at all my thing. I can’t host so I will visit a chap who is hosting, but only if they have several verifications. I’ll also go to a gay sauna now and then.

Glad to see it's not just me hesitant to meet at a guy's place. I've spoken to people on here who refuse to do it now because the guy they visited got dodgy when they wanted to leave. Locked the door on them, was reluctant to let them out. Frankly it scared the shit out of me.
