The Boiler Room in Hove

I work in Hove occasionally and have gone past where the Boiler Rooms are, but for the life of me I can’t seem to find the entrance. Am I being very thick? (Lol)

It's got quite a discreet door in the front. IIRC it used to be further over, nearer the royal mail area.
