I know a guy who was cut for that reason, he did say h that he was offered a partial circumscision but had the full one which he regretted. So I think if you have it and have the option go with the partial one. Though I think in alot of cases with phimosis would require the full one. I never understood why guys with this problem don't get it sorted as it's really unpleasant.
