Anyone else into lego?

What you currently building or recently built?

Or even have your eye on?

I'm building the fishtank currently, was a gift to myself moving into new home.

"Really? On a sex hook up site?"

Maybe Lego could start an erotic range with kits that make dildos and cock cages 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I did once see at a sex museum somewhere and exhibit where an artist had constructed lego sex items. Was a while ago so I can't remember details but not sure lego hq would approve!

My late Father was well into building Lego started in his 90’s and built well over 100 kits. His Favourite though was the Titanic (I bought that one for him).

I love Lego it’s one of the things I find really relaxing and it takes my mind off the world in general. I’ve been a Lego fan since I was young. I have got quite a collection of the Star Wars Ultimate Collectors Series and several of the Batmobiles and a few other cars.

Not a huge fan of the kits, but I love the boxes of Lego and just spending time with the grandkids, just watching their imaginations at work as they build random stuff. It is a great way of spending time and bonding with them.

Thanks Lego.

Big fan of Lego (technics!)

I have a substantial amount of it which i would hate to tally up into ££££

But I will say every Lego kit I have purchased has taken me a minimum of approximately 8 hours to build

The longest being the titanic which was about 35 hours in total

There is only 1 of the super car range that I don’t have (Porsche!) and I won’t buy 2nd hand but there is so many fake snides on the market now I’m dubious about buying 1

Just waiting for Lego to release a new kit

Ah forgot to say there is 1 of the f1 cars that i haven’t bought and i won’t be buying anytime ever (redbull!) sorry I have my own reasons but I will never promote or endorse anything redbull related!

Probably, I'm often put off by the queues at the Leicester Square store.

Wow a lovely memory there and such a beautiful and moving tribute to your dad. Starting a hobby like that in his 90s is truly inspiring - it goes to show you're never too old to learn something new. The Titanic is a masterpiece of a kit, and I'm sure he cherished the fact that it was a gift from you.

I fitted led light kit to my Bugatti Chiron

It fitted ok tbf

But I’m not keen on it being aftermarket and not Lego branded !

The instructions were a bit hard to follow as well

I didn’t bother adding lights to any of my other cars or numerous other models as i wasn’t overly impressed

Yeah i wasn’t overly impressed with them but between the 4 models it actually makes a nice feature wall one is ok but a few models look a lot better

I've got the 007 Aston Martin but have to say I much preferred the olden Lego days when you had basic brick sets and your imagination did the rest.
