"I got a message recently from someone with a picture 12 years old and a profile that had not been updated for 12 years, of course I ignored the message. You can blur or crop a photo so you can't be recognised, unless you have tattoo's or some other very distinct body disfigurement. I try and update my photos on a regular basis. I can't think of a reason why anyone else can not put at least one photo on their profile and at least update it yearly."
