What's the best way to douche?
I have an adapter which fits on the shower head but although I think I'm clean, sometimes I'm told that I'm not.
Should I carry on with the adaptor or just remove it and use the water jet?
Might be doing too much. You're only trying to clean the rectum. If you are too enthusiastic you can fill your sigmoid colon with water then have runny shite leaking back into the rectum. There is an inner sphincter muscle between both parts but it's not as effective as the anus.
