It does feel strange at first. The way I do it is to empty my bowels first, then use silicone lube and wash thr debris down, like Anette says, 3 or 4 goes until the water is running clear. Hold it in a few seconds before emptying ti remove any last bits of debris. I often use a dildo to check myself. If it cones out clean it's good. Once there's no remaining off coloured water.

Less is best. You only need a little water...not gallons.

You only need to clean rectum, not fill large intestine where lots of muck sits.

Good diet or pop some psyllium husk from Holland & Barrett. Don't eat for an hour or 3 either before a session as you'll start everything moving.

I'm 50. Started taking cock at 19 and never had an accident and smeared a fella. If that does happen...don't worry about it. Any top worth their salt doesn't mind either as a hazard of job.

If you’re using a bulb douche remember not too hot. And as said until it runs clear.

If you’re using one attached to a shower hose, keep the water pressure low and the water temperature body temperature.
