Outside the UK, a regular sauna is a naked affair. And it's not sexualised. It's all about relaxing and wellbeing. People are calm.

30 something years ago I spent a few days working in Berlin and went to the sauna in the hotel. It was a mixed sauna and the men and women were naked. It was clearly perfectly normal. It's us Brits that deem it wrong. Thank God for men's saunas!
