Played a lot of tennis & squash in my younger days.

A mate of mine was big into his badminton so we had a game, omg, never been so exhausted!

I thought I’d be good, thinking it would be the gentler of the 3, but he wiped the floor with me.

I’ve played tennis, squash and badminton in my younger days (up to mid 30s) but then kids came along. Now I’m retired have been thinking about pickle ball or maybe padel but am quite shy at turning up to things where I don’t know anyone. Plus padel is a doubles thing so I’d have to find a partner first!!

You can play singles paddle but it’s on a different court and they’re hard/impossible to find!

Nottingham

I was an avid tennis player until a few years ago. I never really got back into after covid due to my coach moving our adult sessions to times that clashed with my dance classes.

I do miss it loads though

Pickleball for me.

It's a lot easier, especially at my age 😒
