That’s about the sexual partner not the piercing… Prince Alberts / Dydoes / Frenums are relatively easy to take as the piercing has room to adjust position inside you. Ampallangs lack manoeuvrability and a man with an Ampallang piercing really has to know what he’s doing. Most guys fucking with piercings are aware that some people are concerned or can be resistant to the extra pressure inside and so are careful and sensible: slow entry, extra lube, etc. As always this is about the communication around sex beforehand and during. Re oral sex, the trick putting any pierced cock in your mouth is always to have the piercing behind your teeth.
