I like them, I have a beaded one and a heavy metal band, both feel awsome though a lot of guys are not sure about them.

I like mine quite tight and guessed right on the size, but if I was going to measure I would use a piece of string to measure the circumference and divide that by 3.14.

You can always get the rubber rings that plumbers use on pipes they don't give as much as silicone but they have every size you can imagine x
