Hi what are your tips on best way to douche i dont have a shower head i can use your advise would be most welcome

Get a small bulb douche. 🎈

You only need about 100ml of water to clean rectum. Anymore and it fills your large intestine and you can spend ages flushing...foe the age old clear water.

I usually get a bulb douche, fill it with lukewarm water. I stick it in, apply the douche and then hold the water in for two seconds before letting out. I usually douche under the shower so I'm cleaning myself throughourly. I repeat the process two three times.

As mentioned, a bulb douche with warm water. A bit of lube on the end, put it in and gently squeeze. Hold the squeeze and you’ll feel it inside you.

Remove and then exit.

I do mine over the loo, as it’s easier for me. Also, you can do it multiple times to make sure you’re clean, especially if there’s the possibility of A2M.

Then, wash with soap and water, and your ass is ready

100ml to a 125ml max, but you just do it repeatedly until you are clean and the water get out of your ass, clear.
