Get a small bulb douche. 🎈

You only need about 100ml of water to clean rectum. Anymore and it fills your large intestine and you can spend ages flushing...foe the age old clear water.

I usually get a bulb douche, fill it with lukewarm water. I stick it in, apply the douche and then hold the water in for two seconds before letting out. I usually douche under the shower so I'm cleaning myself throughourly. I repeat the process two three times.

As mentioned, a bulb douche with warm water. A bit of lube on the end, put it in and gently squeeze. Hold the squeeze and you’ll feel it inside you.

Remove and then exit.

I do mine over the loo, as it’s easier for me. Also, you can do it multiple times to make sure you’re clean, especially if there’s the possibility of A2M.

Then, wash with soap and water, and your ass is ready

100ml to a 125ml max, but you just do it repeatedly until you are clean and the water get out of your ass, clear.

I have 400ml douche bulb i am getting rid of the poo but the water runs clear then keeps leaking brown water over time and like i have an air lock is it i am using to much water???

Maybe....try with less and keep repeating.

At the top of your rectum you have another "ring" that goes to the lower part of the colon and, unless you have a particular reason to go that far, you want to avoid going it. I've gone that far accidentally and had similar to what you describe.

Also after you think you've finished have a play with a dildo, opens you up and might allow extra liquid to finish coming out? And if your toy doesn't come out clean you can try another douche. Although the goal is to do the least flushes to get yourself empty.

I find what works for me....I bought a 3mtr extention for my shower and a shower shot tip...plus an adaptor to join the two hoses together(all available off mr E Bay).

Connect up ,set shower on warm setting and sit on the toilet with the tip up your ass,I plan on it taking anything from 30 to 60 min,s to fully clean and have faith that you are clean...And saves hours of filling bulb type cleaner,s

Just my way may not work for all.

Question is , how long are you clean for?!??

I think that's a bit , "it depends ..." One . I'm so far always good for two hours , but I'm wary after that. I know some people claim clean in am is great still after work but, I wouldn't trust that!.

It takes me an hour, however im having an enema, that's the difference. A douche just cleans the rectum out, shouldn't take much but enema is clearing out the whole lot. I like depth play so I am well in my colon. Hate the cleaning but for me. When a 20 inch dildo disappears it was worth it
