I stopped working 10 years ago due to chronic health issues, MS. Once I had adapted to my new life,had regular sex sessions with a fuck buddy and occasionally his friends. Mixed feelings about it. Retired on health grounds 8 years ago. Have good days and bad when I can hardly move. Initially it felt like a holiday. Moved into a new house with a large garden so plenty to occupy myself with on my good days. On my bad days it was catching up with all the TV programmes I had missed over the years through work.

Also joined a gym for my good days, a Men's Shed to socialise and was briefly involved with an LGBT group though felt little affinity towards them. Also gained a regular 'visitor' a nice guy who liked to call for a bit of 'relief' on his way home. Covid ruined things. Felt a bit isolated and became rather reclusive which is not healthy.
