Random log-on for me. If guys message when I'm not logged-on they should not be expecting an instant reply

I get enough email spam without unnecessary notifications from here. Just check in frequently.

I use a separate email and when I get a notification on my phone, I immediately deleted it, then look at message so I don't have build up. Keeps it simple.
