Countries are already bypassing the US for longterm trade deals, diplomatic bridges are burnt, it will likely take more that just a new POTUS to reset.

And as for Republicans learning a lesson? Not when they can regurgitate Fox News blame talking points about it being all Biden's fault. Or Obama's fault. Or the fault of the Democrats.
