Can't you contact admin now..while you are logged in?

Do you have access to the email you used to set up the account?

I feel for you...ages ago

I was logged in to here permanently AND the throw away email account I set it up with.

Changed phones and couldn't even remember the email account password 😭

If you log out and go back to the log in page there is a link to "forgotten your password". Go from there...

Contact platform think it’s at bottom of main page

They will send you new temp password as a msg on here to use to change to a new password did it a few days ago
