Problem is there are so many immature manchilds on this site who get abusive at the politest rejection, that guys don't bother to avoid abuse.

And I know, a 50, yes 50year old man accused me of making up my verifications because ( couldn't /wouldn't meet him.

So next time flying get silence it's probably not personal, the guys protecting himself from upset!

I'm often a bit tardy in replying

If I'm on the phone then tippy tapping a reply is a bit of a pain so I only do it if it's essential. If I'm on the computer, then it's a lot easier, so I can send a late reply. Sometimes I just delete a message if, for example, it's from a bottom 400 miles away, and the guy just says " hi how r u".

If somebody addresses me in fem terms from the off and just uses a bare handful of words and has fuck all on their profile, my response will run the gamut from bin & ignore to "you haven't read my profile" to "fuck off", depending on how much rage I'm feeling in the moment.

Just because somebody messages doesn't mean they are entitled to a polite reply if they've made no effort.

As said before

Saying “no thank you” on here is a minefield.

Most of the time you get abuse. I’ve had the usual “ you’re fat /old/ugly anyway“ responses to declining an offer of sex. Most recently I was told that they “bet your husband died rather than fuck you, you fat cunt”

So, I tend to reply then block.

I find that the other person appreciates the fact that you've made the effort to reply, even if it is a negative. That doesn't mean that it's set in stone that you should reply, it's an individual choice.
