I’m getting to an interesting stage now because I'm having to think about it from a different perspective.

I’ve always been interested in older guys, and guys shaving a few years off their age has become almost standard. I don’t care because I know it bothers others and they’re just trying to help their chances. But if you’re thinking about it, don’t go further than 5! Bf and I are both old gits but we genuinely find younger guys more attractive! Personally it might sound hypocritical but I’m not attracted to older guys or guys on the weightier side. I’m sure guys can say the same about me and I can accept that. It’s just that if bf and I are to have fun with someone (which is very rare) we go for younger (experienced) guys also attractive to the eyes. I can attribute this to the fact that we’ve really been lucky so far always engaging with younger guys!

Age doesn’t matter to me but I put an age bracket on my profile as there tends to be a correlation between age and being a body shape that I’m not interested in. And I say this as someone who isn’t an amazing shape himself. It’s just a preference. Putting an age ‘limit’ reduces the chances of interacting with someone I’m not sexually attracted to. Sounds harsh but I’m sure there’s hundreds of men who aren’t attracted to me either - and that’s fine.

It's one of the best exercises that is recognised as preserving leg strength and balance. Falling and breaking bones is one pf the primary causes of hospitalisation for over 60s. Also many older people are unable to get up if they fall over. I don't go to the gym, but I do try to keep myself fit.
