Used to have thick black hair alas all gone now save a white area at back and sides.

Give anything to have my hair back.

Although I have embraced it after 35 years.

How do you formerly full haired guys feel?

Doesn't bother me. I'm very thin on top and keep the sides closely cropped to match. Low maintenance, it's all dry with one rub of the towel and doesn't need styling or expensive barbering (just an occasional run round with the Wahl and #1 guide)

Family trait, not surprised nor bothered by it. Some bald guys are very sexy.

And if you want a good giggle at baldness there's a short musical video called Skallamann which is fun.

Started shaving my head 10 years ago and never looked back. I love the convenience of it, never having a bad hair day ever again!

Still got a great head of hair at 56, grey now but was blonde.

Not that I’m George Clooney but in my 20s my barbers were world champions, Lazarou Bros, and they would train on my hair as they said it was excellent and able to sculpt it in outlandish designs, before cutting it to more sensible designs.

Free haircuts!

This was the 80s.

I was completely void of any hair anywhere on my body before I was 40, I used to be very self conscious about it, but being smooth all over and never having to shave or go through other hair removal processes has it's good points.

Whatever happened to the Bobby Charlton comb over?

Fellas could have about a few strands of hair but about 2ft long and twirl it around their balding pate with Brylcreem to give the illusion, though unconvincing, of a head of hair.

I'm pretty thin on top. I've got a wig if anyone is bothered, but otherwise I don't wear it.

Lost mine when I was 23.

Usually a sign of high testosterone. If the fact I've just turned 50 and feel hornier than when I was 18 is a factor then its right!

I was in my mid twenties and married when mine started falling out. Marriage might have had a hand in it falling out but have never looked back. Shave it a couple of times a week but I think bald blokes look better or those with shaved heads.

Not bothered. Had a hell of a curly perm back in the 70's / 80's, but practically bald now.

Could not care less, as soon as it starting thinning I shaved it off.

I'm more concerned about the amount of hair that's appearing on previously hairless areas of my body!

A nose trimmer is essential, or within days Sherwood forest had taken root up my schnoz

Been bald for 27 years, never bothered me, I knew I’d always go bald as most the blokes in my family are, it’s never held me back on life, nor my sex life,

Met my Mrs on dating app, she said she didn’t want a bald bf, met me anyway, 3 years later still together lol

In my teens and early 20’s I had a natural Afro. Intact I do believe my wife started going out with me because my hair reminded her of Leo Sayer. That said it has been thinning since my 30’s. I tend to keep it cropped short now.

My dad had one of those comb overs. You’d never get me with one of those. My oldest sone has the same hairline he tends to shave his head and I must admit I think that's a route I’ll probably go down as well. As my present No 1 cut grows out too quick.

Do I miss my hair not a bit but I wouldn’t dream of going out dressed without a wig.

Much prefer a guy to be totally bald or shave his head to one with long hair, 'big hair' pony-tails, silly man-buns etc. I've still got a good head of hair at nearly 70 and its still blond. A lot of people accuse me of dying it but I don't. Nice to have but it costs me £13/£15 every 6 weeks or so to keep it trim.

Long hair in my teens to twenties- was really a thing is you were in the metal scene or the goth scene, so various ridiculous variations played out for long time. Shaved it down to a No.2 when I went to Australia for a few years as it felt much more manageable in the heat, and have pretty much kept it down to the bone ever since on my return. I like the look.

Bald here. Don’t miss it and if there was some magic pill to make it grow, I wouldn’t take it. Much prefer the bald look.

Saw a policeman on a TV programme last night. Probably shaved head rather than naturally bald. He was absolutely gorgeous.
