Just been blocked by a guy I've been chatting to for a good while. No idea why. I know it's his choice but no idea why. Very odd and disappointing. Oh well.

I'm starting to block people who run me on in conversations, arrange a meet, and then don't turn up. I usually give them a day to provide an explanation, and then I block them now.

Had that happen loads of times. Also had a few people I was chatting to outright leave the site with no warning, leaving me wondering wtf happened. Makes bothering to find new people feel pointless. Easier to just have a wank and go on with my day

I've recently been blocked by someone I had been chatting with.

He saw red when I asked a genuine question which was prompted by something he had said to me on three occasions during our conversations.

Instead of asking me "what makes you say that?", he blocked me.

Now, if we'd been chatting face to face, he would never have stopped the conversation, he would have instead asked for a clarification.

But because we were chatting online, he took the easy and lazy option of blocking me.

My only thought was that I had dodged a bullet.

Why would I want to meet someone who cannot carry out a conversation in a mature way?

Yeah mate you dodged a bullet there for sure. I once had one of these fantasists send me, out of the blue, pictures of his "stepdaughter." Thank God the pics were of legal age. Anyway, when I asked him why he even had those pics, he blocked me. Similar thing happened to a guy who wanted me to talk about women from my workplace. Fucking gross.
