The fact it just came out of the blue and then the profile ceased to exist tells me a lot. It's a pathetic revenge post from somebody I've pissed off who is too scared to send it under their real ID so has actually gone to the trouble of creating a fake disposable one, just to send abuse (because they got reported and banned under their own profile).

I shit these fuckers before breakfast, frankly.
