Im having a few days in London in June so changed my postcode on profile so I can see people who are in that area! On the updates page you can see when they last posted and how far away they are in miles! Just wondering why I cant see it when I use my own postcode and if this feature will be rolled out to all or just kept for London?

Had a message earlier checking if I was 15 miles away, actually 400.

Haven’t changed my location so perhaps that’s the essential factor

I never change my location when I’m away. I just use the “who’s near” function or search for top/vers within my chosen radius.

The who is near future works off your phone, not your post code. Make sure your location on your phone is on and allow FG site permission to use the location.

I suggest clear all your history data then come back on FG, you will then have to give permission for the location.

Thats what I thought everyone did. Im not usually free to meet when im out of town as rarely have time and will just Grindr if I do

Changing the postcode shows everyone in that area on the updates page so if you are away for a few days and you post an update people in that are can see what you are looking for. Its a good way of seeing who's around and seeing more that what is shown on the who is close page. Also your update will show in that area.

I just do a new search for my new post code, save it and delete when I move on to home, or somewhere else. Maybe I'm just lazy
