I'm afraid I use 80's/90's dance music (with some later stuff too) to 'assist' with my gym workouts. I love the BPM to keep me moving. Mostly remixes from Almighty, Loading Bay. Bangin' good chunes to keep the legs, arms and hips working!

I’m an old school rocker, I’m 70 now… love zeppellin, the stones, floyd, jethro tull, cream, wishbone ash etc, but I worked in the clubs in the late 80’s early 90’s and I totally fell in love with the dance music…and listen to it whenever I need to get the heart going… absolutely love it…

I like funk music, 60's-70's, but really don't like dance music from the 90's onwards. It's too electronic and easy to produce for my taste.

House every weekend.

So many house classics the whole way through the 90s - from rave to trance and everything in between. There’s still lots of great modern house though - personally I love The Grand Sound on YouTube - it’s introduced me to plenty of progressive, deep and melodic house tracks that are in my rotation.

"Listening to sash, encore une fois... God the 90s dance scene was good 😁 So many bangers!! "

Loved Sash 👌 they brought out some absolute bangers my favourite being Mysterious Times 😁

In fact the whole 90s was a great decade for dance and trance

From Chicane Saltwater

Robert Miles Children Fable

Darude Sandstorm

Snap Rythym is a Dancer

To tunes like Signum Coming on Strong

Aye it’s safe to say the 90s dance music ruled the Music Industry in that decade

Even the early 2000s Ibiza dance trance music was amazing 👌

Late 80's and early 90's dance was fantastic. As the dance culture grew to be more like the norm you forget how the early stuff was like nothing else of the time.

The pills were amazing too!

Amazing music mate 👌 I’m too young to have experienced the club scene during those years but I certainly experienced it during the late 90s early 2000s when I was introduced to it through my uncle and he’d get me into the clubs due to him known the doormen 😁

The Pills ie the “Love Drug” if you know you know made everyone so happy you could actually feel the music it was simply amazing

Nothing will ever compare to those decades when it comes to Dance and Trance music it was and always will be the best ever PERIOD

I was too young for the real scene and nightlife of punk and what followed so cant comment on that but i remember the nightclubs of 86 87 and 88..having to be suited swigging watered down beer on a packed slippery dance floor amd getting chucked out around 3 - after the grease megamix and a couple of slow numbers lol...dance was so different especially the chillouts after still buzzing

Loved HI NRG in the gay clubs in the 80’s. In the 90’s preferred the Big Beat scene with Prodigy /Shamen / Fatboy Slim/ chemical Brothers.

Prodigy that’s a blast from the past mind 😁

My mate loved them and would blast them in the factory we both worked at some great memories from back in the day
