Really depressing thing to be suffering with. For me, it drains all my confidence, as I highly doubt anyone would want to see me naked with dry skin patches, mainly all over my buttocks. Started getting this about 10 years ago and was eventually treated with phototherapy (basically a high intensity sunbed. This worked a treat and it went away completely for a couple of years. It's now returned, so all my fun has been put on hold. I'm now having a different treatment (just started) so fingers crossed, I'll be back in play. I'm aching for a cock. Anyone else here suffer with this?
