In my experience there aren't too many 'proper' cruising spots in Reading.

Prospect Park at dusk can be okay, Wander about the trees with the usual hand on crotch and go into the trees - https://maps.app.goo.gl/oqoyYAtDsEcdCVuG9

If you drive, the best two places nearby are Watchmoor Nature Reserve - https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZeeAZkwNKDMoGt8J6 and A404 layby - https://maps.app.goo.gl/4VuXsYaQg7aJbunR7

There are usually a few guys about at both. Watchmoor is probably better at dusk and after dark. You'll find guys at A404 pretty much any time. I've given and received wanks, sucks, an fucks to completion in both places.
